Princeton Eye and Ear is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best quality healthcare in a responsive and caring environment. Our Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeons are all Board certified with years of experience in the profession. They work in concert with nurses and office staff who work hard to understand your health issues quickly and apply the appropriate treatment to get you back to your optimal health.

Chetan Shah, MD FACS


Dr. Chetan Shah is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He treats both children and adults. His special interests lie in medical as well as surgical management of Chronic Sinusitis (specializing in functional endoscopic sinus surgery without the need for packing the nose with gauze), vertigo / dizziness and balance disorders as well as hearing loss.

Dr. Patel is double board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2003-2013) and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery as well as being a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.


Samir Undavia, MD

Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology

Dr. Samir Undavia is fellowship trained and double board certified in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology. He provides comprehensive ear, nose and throat care and is an expert in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.

Gregory Smith, MD

Dr. Gregory Smith is an Otolaryngologist providing comprehensive ENT care for both the pediatric and adult populations. Dr. Smith’s clinical interests include general otolaryngology, pediatrics, rhinology & allergy, laryngology, thyroid & parathyroid surgery, and head & neck cancers.

Nishant Reddy, MD

Nishant Reddy, MD


Dr. Nishant Reddy is an otolaryngologist specializing in the medical and surgical management of various diseases of the head and neck including nose and sinus disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, ear infections, dizziness, voice and swallowing disorders, throat infections, sleep apnea, allergies, salivary gland disorders, and head and neck cancer. He treats both pediatric and adult patients.


Michael Ondik, MD

Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology

Dr. Michael Ondik is double board certified in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Ondik practices general ENT (disorders of the ear, nose, sinuses, throat and allergy) and performs all aspects of facial reconstructive and cosmetic surgery including: face and neck lifting, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and facial reconstruction after skin cancer.

Nurse Practitioner

Kelly- Ann Kilcollins in a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelly completed her Master’s degree at Drexel University in 2018 where she was an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau, Honor Society of Nursing and received the Independence Blue Cross Foundation Scholarship. Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison University in 2015

Physician Assistant

Jessica Keel, PA-C, MPH is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has worked in Otolaryngology since 2014. She comes to our group after practicing in her home region of Central Pennsylvania for 6 years. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she obtained a Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology from Drexel University in 2011 and Bachelors in Biology from Spelman College in 2009.

Irene Cohen, AuD


At Princeton Eye and Ear, Dr. Cohen serves patients with varying otologic disorder through audiologic evaluations, hearing aid fittings and adjustments, and vestibular assessment and treatment. Dr. Cohen is committed to reducing the impact of hearing loss on quality of life with the use of amplification and aural rehabilitation.


Florence Belhassen, AuD


Florence Belhassen, AuD attended Touro College and received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She continued on and received her Doctorate in Audiology from Montclair State University in May 2016. She takes pride in providing her patients with the best possible care...


James Dublin, AuD


James Dublin, AuD obtained both his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and doctorate of audiology from Montclair State University. Dr. Dublin has had various externship rotations including JFK Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, and University Hospital. During his 4th year clinical externship with University Hospital, Dr. Dublin worked heavily with implantable hearing devices such as cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing aids.


MIcheal Perl, AUD


Dr. Perl has extensive training in diagnostic testing and treating hearing disorders in pediatric and adult populations. Dr. Perl strives to improve the quality of life of his patients through attentive and responsive care. In his free time, Dr. Perl enjoys spending time with his wife Shiri, their family and friends, playing ice hockey, and walking his dogs, Copper and Benny.

Office Manager

Jennie has over 20 years’ managerial and administrative experience. Since joining Princeton Eye and Ear in 2015, Jennie’s role as Office Manager has greatly increased our efficiency. We rely on her high level of organization for our daily operation reports, HR tasks, supply procurement, payroll, billing, invoicing, and updating databases. Jennie has implemented a new EMR and scheduler system in the time she has been with us. She is also instrumental in opening the Freehold and Yardley offices.
